Raspberry Bear

Finished "Raspbeary" last night. Just wanted to post a pic for inspiration.

To crochet Raspbeary, I used a slightly modified version of this pattern.

Free Valentine's Day Mini Envelope Crochet Pattern

Materials needed:

1 oz. Red Heart Super Saver worsted weight yarn in Petal Pink

Small amount Red Heart Super Saver worsted weight yarn in Cherry Red

Size G crochet hook

Size H crochet hook

Gauge: not important

Size: 3 1/2" wide

Row 1: With size G hook and pink, ch 21, switch to size H hook, sc in 2nd ch from hook and in each ch across, ch 1, turn (20 sc).

Rows 2-25: Sc in each sc across, ch 1, turn, fo after Row 25 (20 sc).

Fold 3 corners of square to center and sew together along seams at either side, forming a pouch. Weave in ends.

Bow: Cut two 12" lengths of red yarn. Holding both strands of yarn together, tie in bow. Glue bow to front center of envelope as shown.

Fill envelope with candy or small treats and give to someone you love.

Materials needed:

1 oz. Red Heart Super Saver worsted weight yarn in White
Small amount Red Heart Super Saver worsted weight yarn in Cherry Red
Size H crochet hook

Size: 3 1/4" in diameter at top
Gauge: 2 rnds dc=1"

Rnd 1: With white, start w magic ring, ch 3, 11 dc in ring, join w sl st in top of beg ch 3 (12 dc).

Rnd 2: Ch 3, dc in same dc, 2 dc in next dc and in each dc around, join as before (24 dc).

Rnd 3: Ch 3, dc in same dc, 2 dc in next dc and in each dc around, join as before (48 dc).

Rnd 4: Work this rnd in back loops only, ch 3, dc in each dc around, (48 dc).

Rnd 5: Working in both loops again, ch 3, dc in each dc around, join as before (48 dc).

Rnd 6: Ch 3, sk next dc, hdc in next dc, ch 1, * sk next dc, hdc in next dc, ch 1, rep from * around, join w sl st in 2nd ch of beg ch 3, fo (24 hdc, 24 ch 1 sp). Weave in ends.

Bow: Cut 2 12" lengths of red yarn. Holding both strands together, tie in bow. Glue bow to front center of basket as shown.

Size H crochet hook

Size: 1 1/2" tall x 1 1/2" wide

Row 1: Starting w magic ring, ch 1, sc in ring, ch 1, turn (1 sc).

Row 2: 3 sc in sc, ch 1, turn (3 sc).

Row 3: 2 sc in 1st sc, sc in next sc, 2 sc in last sc, ch 1, turn (5 sc).

Row 4: Sc in each sc across, ch 2, turn (5 sc).

Row 5: Dc in same sc as turning ch, dc in next sc, sl st in next sc, dc in next sc, (dc, ch 2, sl st) in last sc, fo.

Weave in ends. Enjoy!

Free Textured Valentine's Day Basket Crochet Pattern

Materials needed:

1 oz. Red Heart Super Saver worsted weight yarn in Baby Pink

Small amount Red Heart Super Saver worsted weight yarn in White

Size H crochet hook

Size: 4" in diameter

Gauge: 2 rnds dc=1"

Rnd 1: Start with magic ring, ch 3, 11 dc in ring, join w sl st in top of beg ch 3 (12 dc).

Rnd 2: Ch 3, dc in same dc, 2 dc in next dc and in each dc around, join as before (24 dc).

Rnd 3: Ch 3, dc in same dc, 2 dc in next dc and in each dc around, join as before (48 dc).

Rnd 4: Ch 2, work 1st half of 2 dc in same st as beg ch 2, yo and draw yarn through all 3 loops on hook (beg puff st made), ch 1, sk next dc, *(work 1st half of 3 dc in back loop only of next dc, yo and draw yarn through all 4 loops on hook (puff st made), ch 1, sk next dc,  rep from * around, join w sl st in top of beg ch 2 (24 puff st, 24 ch 1 sp).

Rnds 5-6: Work beg puff st in same st as beg ch 2, ch 1, sk next ch 1 sp,  *work puff st in back loop only of next puff st, ch 1, sk next ch 1 sp, rep from * around, join w sl st in top of beg ch 2, fo after Rnd 6 (24 puff st, 24 ch 1 sp).

Weave in ends.

Bow: Cut two 12" lengths of white yarn. Holding the two strands together, tie in bow. Glue bow to front center of basket as shown.

Rnd 2: Ch 3, dc in same dc, 2 dc in next dc and in each dc around, join as before (24 dc).

Rnd 3: Ch 3, dc in same dc, 2 dc in next dc and in each dc around, join as before (48 dc).

Rnd 4: (Work this rnd in back loops only), ch 3, dc in next dc and in each dc around, join as before (48 dc).

Rnds 5-6: (Working in both loops again now and throughout pattern), ch 3, dc in next dc and in each dc around, join as before (48 dc).

Rnd 7: Ch 1, sc in same dc, sk next dc, *3 dc in next dc, sk next dc, sc in next dc, sk next dc, rep from * around, joining w sl st in 1st sc, fo (12 sc, 12 "shells").

Weave in ends. Tie a short length of white yarn in bow and glue to front of basket as shown, between Rnds 6 and 7. Trim ends of bow even.
